Is my size available in stock?
If you can add the size to the cart, then the idem is available and in stock.
What size do the models wear on the photos?
The models on the photos wear size S.
How do I know which size to choose?
You will find a size guide with measurements for each, specific garment. By following our size guide and your own body measurements you will be able to choose the correct size. If there is any uncertainty, you are welcome to contact us, and we will be more than happy to help you.
Where can I find your size guide?
Our size guide can be found to the left of each individual product.
I can't find a specific product in your online store, is it possible that I can find it elsewhere?
Yes, it is possible that you can find it in any of our retail stores here.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
How much does shipping and return shipping cost?
We currently offer free shipping within Sweden for orders over 1000 SEK when you choose to collect your delivery from an optional pick-up point. The cost for our home delivery service is 79 SEK within Sweden. In each package shipped within Sweden, Denmark and Finlans a return shipping label is included. The return shipping cost of 60 SEKwill be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs for orders outside of Sweden vary depending on destination. You will see the correct shipping price in the shopping cart after you have selected the country. In case of a return, it is the customer who pay the return cost to Sweden.
How will you ship my order?
Parcels within Sweden, Denmark and Finlans are sent with PostNord. Orders to other countries are shipped with DHL. All our orders are delivered in an eco-friendly paper bag.
How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time within Sweden is 1-3 business days. For orders outside of Sweden, we have an estimated delivery time of 7-10 business days.
What if I don't collect my parcel?
The parcel will remain at your pick-up point for 14 days, this is a period of time that we cannot affect. After that, it will automatically be returned to us. An administrative cost of 200 SEK will be charged for uncollected parcels.
Which countries does Jumperfabriken deliver to?
We deliver to all countries within Europe as well as Norway, Switzerland, England and the USA.
Can I change my order?
Since we want you to receive your order as soon as possible, your order is sent directly to our employees at the warehouse. Therefore, once it is placed, we are not able to change your order manually.
Where is my order?
If you have not received a confirmation that your order has left our warehouse or if you think it has taken too long to receive the parcel, please do contact us and we will help you to track your parcel.
I have not received my order confirmation, what do I do?
Your order confirmation has been sent to the email address you provided when ordering. If you cannot find it, we recommend you go through your junk mail folder. In case you have entered the wrong email address, do contact us and we will help you.
|RETURN AND CHANGE|
What is your returns policy?
If you for any reason wish to return your item, you are free to do so within 14 days of receipt.
How do I return an item?
When you return an item, it should be in unused condition. Returns will only be accepted if the item and its labels are in original condition. Fold the garment neatly and put it back into the original, transparent plastic bag. Fill in the return label and enclose it together with the garment in the same paper bag you received the delivery. If you have chosen to pay your order with Klarna Invoice, you can pause the invoice until we have processed your return. Here you will find instructions on how to pause the invoice.
Can I return or exchange an item in one of your stores?
Yes, you can return or exchange unused items in any of our stores, if you do so within 14 days of receipt. Fold the garment neatly and put it back into the original, transparent plastic bag that your order came in. Fill in the return form and enclose it together with the item you would like to return in any one of our stores.
When will my order be refunded after a return?
We usually process returns within 3-5 business days from the arrival of the return parcel to our warehouse or to our store. When we have processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Invoice refunds will be credited as soon as we have processed your return. If you have already paid for your order, you will be refunded within 7 business days. Please note that during sales and holiday times we may have longer processing time for returns.
I want to change to a different size or color. How do I do so?
To make a change you need to place a new order in our online store. Then you will need to return the first order according to our return instructions.
What if the item I would like to change to is no longer available?
Then unfortunately the item is sold out and you cannot make a change.
I chose Klarna invoice and now I am afraid of an overdue invoice before my return has been processed and refunded?
If you have chosen to pay your order with Klarna Invoice, you can pause the invoice until we have processed your return. Here you will find instructions on how to pause the invoice.
Which payment methods can I use?
If you live in Sweden you can pay your order with direct payment, bank transfer or Klarna invoice. You can also pay with PayPal. If you live outside of Sweden, you can pay by credit card or PayPal.
How long does it take to receive a refund for a return?
We usually process returns within 3-5 business days after arrival of the return to our warehouse or to our store. As soon as the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you have selected an invoice, it will be corrected immediately. If you have already paid for your order, you will be refunded within 7 business days. Please note that during sales and holiday times we may have longer processing time for returns.
Can I cancel a completed purchase?
Once placed an order is final. Since we want you to receive your order as soon as possible, your order is sent directly to our employees at the warehouse. Therefore, we do not have the opportunity to cancel orders already placed.
In which currencies can I pay?
You can pay in SEK.
Can I pay with a gift card online?
Our gift cards are valid only in our physical stores. Unfortunately, our gift cards cannot yet be used for online purchases.
PRODUCTION & SUSTAINABILITY
Where are your clothes and accessories produced?
We produce our clothes in several countries including Lithuania, Portugal, Italy, Latvia, Poland, Sweden and China. We have signed agreements with all suppliers to comply with Amfori / BSCI's Code of Conduct regarding working, conditions and the environment. The production and distribution between countries varies depending on seasons. We are happy to answer any questions regarding origin of the garment produced, please let us know which one of our styles you would like to know the country of production and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
