How do I know which size to choose?
On each product, you will find the measurements of the specific garment under the heading "Size guide". Feel free to measure at home against an equivalent garment. Under the heading "Find your size" you can see which size you should have based on your body measurements.

I can't find a particular product on your webshop, is it possible that I can find it somewhere else?
Yes, it is possible that you can find it in our own store or at one of our dealers.
We offer free shipping within Sweden on orders over SEK 1,500 when you choose to collect your delivery from an agent. If you choose home delivery, it costs SEK 79. If your order is over SEK 1,500, home delivery costs SEK 39. In every package that is sent within Sweden, Denmark and Finland, we send with a prepaid shipping label for return. The return cost of SEK 59 is deducted from your refund. For purchases to other countries, the shipping cost varies depending on the country. You will see the correct shipping price in the shopping cart after you have selected your country. In the event of a return, it is the customer who pays for the return to Sweden.
How do you send the package?
We ship with PostNord within Sweden, Denmark and Finland. We ship to other countries DHL. All our orders are sent in an environmentally friendly paper bag.
How long is your delivery time?
For orders within Sweden, we deliver within 1-3 days. For orders abroad, we have delivery within 7-10 days.
What happens if I don't pick up my package?
The package stays for 7-14 days at your delivery location. After that, it is automatically sent back to us. We cannot influence the time the package is at the delivery point. We charge an administrative fee of SEK 199 for unclaimed packages.
Which countries does the Jumper factory deliver to?
We deliver to all countries within Europe as well as Norway, Switzerland, England and the USA.
Because we want you to receive your order as soon as possible, your order is sent directly to our employees in the warehouse. Therefore, we are not able to change your order afterwards.
Where is my order?
If you have not received any confirmation that your order has left our warehouse or if you think it took a long time time, contact us and we will help you track your package.
I have not received my order confirmation, what do I do?
Your order confirmation has been sent to the email address you entered when ordering. Please watch so that it not in the spam folder. If you entered the wrong email address, contact us and we will help you.
You have the right to return your item within 14 days from the time you collected your package. For purchases made between November 23 and December 19, the right of return applies until January 3.
How do I return an item?
When returning an item, it must be in unused condition and the hang tag must not be removed. Fold the garment neatly and put it back in the transparent plastic bag it came in. Fill in the return form and put it together with the garment in the same paper bag you received the delivery in. Stick the prepaid return slip on the package and enter your delivery address on it. If you have chosen to pay for your order with Klarna Invoice, you can pause the invoice until we have handled your return. Is it possible to return or exchange in your store?
It is perfectly fine to return or exchange an item in our store, provided that the item is in unused condition and you return it within 14 days of picking up the package. Fold the garment neatly and put it back in the clear plastic bag it came in. Fill out the return form and leave it with the returned item in the store.
When will I be refunded after a return?
We usually process returns within 3-5 working days of the package arriving at our warehouse or store. When we have processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you have selected an invoice, it will be corrected immediately. If you have already paid for your order, you will receive your refund within 5 banking days. Please note that during SALE and holiday periods, we may have a longer processing time for returns.
I want to change to another size or color. How do I go about?
To make an exchange, you need to place a new order in our webshop. Then you return the first item according to the return instructions.
If the product I want to exchange for is no longer available?
Then, unfortunately, you cannot make an exchange because the product is out of stock.
If you have chosen to pay your order Klarna Invoice, you can pause the invoice until we have handled your return. Here you will find instructions on how to pause the invoice (complete with link)
How can I pay for my order?
If you live in Sweden, you can pay your return by direct payment, bank transfer or invoice via Klarna. It is also possible to pay with PayPal. If you live abroad, you can pay by card payment or PayPal.

We usually process returns within 3-5 working days of the package arriving at our warehouse or store. When we have processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you have selected an invoice, it will be corrected immediately. If you have already paid for your order, you will receive your refund within 7 days. Please note that during SALE and holiday periods, we may have a longer processing time for returns.
Can I cancel a completed purchase?
Because we want you to receive your order as soon as possible, your order is sent directly to ours employees in the warehouse. Therefore, we are not able to cancel orders that have already been placed.
In which currencies can I pay?
You can pay in SEK, DKK and EUR.
Can I pay with gift cards online?
Our gift cards are only valid in our physical store. Unfortunately, we are not yet able to receive gift cards online.
We produce our clothes in several countries, including Lithuania, Portugal, Italy, Latvia, Poland, Sweden and China. We have signed agreements with all partners that they must follow Amfori/BSCI's code of conduct regarding working and environmental conditions. The distribution between the countries varies depending on the season.
