When ordering, a purchase agreement only comes into force when Jumperfabriken has confirmed the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation is generated automatically. If the deadline changes for the order, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. Jumperfabriken has ownership and withdrawal rights to all products until the customer has paid in full. In order to shop with us, you must be at least 18 years of age. 

We protect all customer and personal data we gather and receive. We will not pass customers data to any other party. If you wish to be deleted from our database please let us know. 


International shipping fee vary regarding country, please see the specific shipping cost on your order before confirming. Delivery within approximately 7-10 business days. If any, the customer always pays customary fees added to an order shipped outside of Sweden. 

When you receive your goods, it is important to inspect the package immediately. If the packaging and contents are damaged, please notify this at your postal collection centre, or directly to the carrier. Always save the confirmation you receive about your goods being damaged. Together with our shipping partners, we are responsible for any transportation risks i.e. the risk that the product is damaged or lost during shipment from our warehouse to you. You and the carrier assume any risk in the event of goods being returned to us.

Customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days after having received the goods and without any specific reason. When exercising the Right of Withdrawal/ Sale-or-Return, the customer pays for shipping if outside of Sweden, Denmark or Finland. If you live in Sweden, Denmark or Finland you will recieve a returnslip in your delivery. In this case, 60 SEK as return charge will be deducted from your credit note. 

Right of Withdrawal and Sale-or-Return does not apply to goods that cannot be returned in unused and undamaged condition. Labels must remain attached. If you receive a product that is faulty or incorrectly delivered, we will naturally pay the costs for return shipping. Contact us so that we can agree on how we can pay compensation for the return goods.

You are responsible for the goods until we receive them, and you pay for return shipping. A refund of the product is normally made to you within 8-10 business days after we have received the goods. Shipment will not be refunded. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.

If you wish to return a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us via e-mail within a week. Always save the packaging, original box and payment confirmation. If you are returning damaged goods to us, the easiest way is to use the packaging it was sent in. Jumperfabriken complies with the Consumer Purchases Act (konsumentköplagen), which means a 36-month right of return. This right of return only covers the initial faults, i.e. faults to the product detected on delivery. This does not apply in cases where we cannot find anything wrong with the product, or where you are responsible for causing the damage. Ordinary wear and tear is not compensated.

We reserve the right to change prices as a result of major price deviations from our suppliers, typos or other errors that are beyond our control. Read more about exceptions in Force Majeure below.

Force Majeure

In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action, decisions made by authorities and similar events beyond our control which are not reasonably foreseeable, and that affect the contractual agreements and commitments on our part, which mean that we cannot honour the agreement /pledge, such events shall constitute grounds that exempt us from our obligations to fulfil the agreement in question. Below are links to the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket) and the National Board for Consumer Complaints (ARN) where you can read more in detail about the Consumer Purchases Act and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act and more. In the event of any disputes, we always comply with ARN's recommendations: www.konsumentverket.se & www.arn.se
