GENERALLY FOR PURCHASE

When placing an order, a purchase agreement is only made when Jumperfabriken has confirmed the order through an order confirmation. You as a customer acknowledge that you are liable for payment when you click on the "place order" button on the checkout page. An order confirmation is generated automatically. Jumperfabriken has ownership and repossession rights to all products until full payment has been made by the customer. To shop with us, you must be 18 years old.

Our prices include VAT (25%) and are stated in Euro. We reserve the right for any printing errors.

We protect customer privacy and save and store customer information securely, without sharing information with third parties. By confirming our terms of purchase, you also agree to our handling of your personal data according to our INTEGRITY POLICY. 

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST AND HOW ARE THE GOODS DELIVERED?

We offer FREE SHIPPING within Sweden for purchases over SEK 1,500 when you choose to have your package delivered to an agent. If you choose home delivery, it costs SEK 79. In case of a possible return, a return cost of SEK 69 is added. Within Sweden, shipping takes place with Postnord, delivery time approx. 1-3 working days. The cost of shipping outside Sweden varies per country, please see the cost in your shopping cart. Delivery time about 7-10 working days. Any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. For SALE, count on an extra day in delivery time.

Your package will automatically arrive at a Postcode agent within your specified postcode area. When the package has arrived at the agent, you will receive an SMS notification. Please note that the package remains for 14 days at the delivery point. If you have chosen home delivery, you will receive a link via email or SMS where you can choose which day and time is suitable for PostNord to deliver the package.

Together with our shipping partners, we bear the transport risk, i.e. the risk of the goods being damaged or lost during transport from our warehouse to you. You and the transport company bear the risk in the event of a possible return to us.

When you receive your item, it is important that you immediately inspect the package. Should the packaging and contents be damaged, you notify your postal center or directly to the carrier. We would be grateful if you let us know as soon as possible if this happens by emailing info@jumperfabriken.com.

We reserve the right to any customs duties or other charges imposed on purchases that are delivered to countries outside of Sweden.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

WHAT APPLIES TO EXCHANGES and RETURNS?

With us at Jumperfabriken, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you have collected your item. For easy return handling, we send a prepaid shipping label for returns in every order within Sweden. The return cost of SEK 69 is deducted from your refund. All returns from countries outside Sweden are paid for by the customer.

Fill out the return form included in the package. If you want to change an item, we ask you to place a new order in the webshop www.jumperfabriken.com. You are responsible for the item until we receive it. Reimbursement of the item is normally made to you within 14 working days after we receive the return. 

The product must be returned with the original packaging and hanging tag, unused, in good condition and with a completed return form. If products are returned in used or damaged condition, you as a customer may be liable for compensation.

Here's how to do it: Stick the attached waybill on the package and send it back through the same agent you picked up the package from. Don't forget to include the completed return form. Make sure you get a submission receipt and wait for confirmation from us.

WHEN WILL I GET A REFUND FOR MY RETURN?

We handle our returns on an ongoing basis, but it may take between 6-8 days before you receive a confirmation from us. During certain periods, such as sales and holiday periods, it may take up to 14 days before we can process your return. If you have questions regarding your shipment, you are always welcome to contact us at info@jumperfabriken.com.

Your return will be refunded through Klarna Checkout, using the same payment method as for your purchase. This only applies to Swedish accounts. We want to make those who shop with Klarna invoices aware of when your Klarna invoice is due, to avoid reminders and interest charges from Klarna. WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T COLLECT MY PACKAGE?

As a rule, packages remain at the delivery point for 14 days. After that, these are returned to us. We charge an administrative fee of SEK 199 if a package is returned to us without a valid reason.

WHAT APPLIES IN THE EVENT OF A COMPLAINT?

Jumperfabriken complies with the Consumer Purchase Act, which means a 36-month right of complaint, upon presentation of a valid proof of purchase (receipt or bank statement). The right to complain only covers original errors, i.e. production errors. Please contact us as soon as possible after you have discovered the error. The right to complain does not apply in cases where we cannot find anything wrong with the product or when you have caused the damage yourself. Normal wear and tear is therefore not compensated.

If you have bought your item from one of our retailers, the item must be advertised to the same.

FORCE MAJEUR

In the case of war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, authority decisions and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen, and affect concluded agreements and commitments on our part, which means that we cannot keep said agreement/commitment, shall form the basis for that we are released from our obligations to fulfill said agreement. Below are links to the Swedish Consumer Agency and arn where you can read in more detail about the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act, etc. In the event of a dispute, we always follow ARN's recommendations.
