GENERAL REGARDING RETURNSAt Jumperfabriken, you have a 14-day right of return from the time you receive or pick up your order.
We handle our returns on an ongoing basis, but it may take 6-8 working days before you receive a confirmation from us. During certain periods, such as sales and holiday periods, it may take up to 14 days before we can process your return. If you have questions about your shipment, you are always welcome to contact us at email@example.com
We are not able to make exchanges. If you want a new size or color, you must place a new order online and return the item you want to exchange.
When making a return, fill out the return form that comes with the package and include it in your return.
The product must be returned with the original packaging and hang tag on, unused, in good condition and with a completed return form. If products are returned in used or damaged condition, you as a customer may be liable for compensation and we may refuse your return.
You are responsible for the item until we receive it.
RETURNS WITHIN SWEDEN, DENMARK AND FINLANDWithin Sweden, Denmark and Finland, we ship with a pre-paid delivery note for every order.
How to return: Fill in the return form and pack it together with the clothes you are returning. Stick the included return label on the package and send it back with any Postnord representative. Make sure you get a submission receipt and wait for confirmation from us.

If you did not receive a return form in your package, you can send a note instead where you write your name, order number and the name of the products you want to return.
If you are missing a return label, send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as soon as possible (prepaid return label included only within Sweden, Denmark and Finland).
RETURNS INTERNATIONALReturns from any country other than Sweden, Denmark and Finland are paid for by the customer and a return label is not included.
How to do it: Book shipping with a shipping company of your choice. Write the address on the package, and send it back to our warehouse. Please make sure that the return goes directly to our warehouse. We cannot pick up packages sent to agents. Don't forget to include the completed return form. Make sure you get a submission receipt and wait for confirmation from us. We recommend always sending the return with trackable shipping.

REFUNDSYou will be refunded using the same payment method as when you made your purchase.
When buying via Klarna, your return will be refunded with Klarna Checkout. We want to make you who shop with Klarna invoices aware of when your Klarna invoice is due, to avoid reminders and interest charges from Klarna. Make sure to carefully read Klarna's terms and conditions for what applies to you. Please contact Klarna for all questions regarding Klarna invoices.

If you have paid by card, bank transfer, direct payment or PayPal, you will be refunded to your account when we have registered the return.
You will not be refunded for the delivery cost upon return.
IF YOU DO NOT COLLECT YOUR PACKAGEIf you do not collect your package in time, it will automatically be returned to us when the time has expired. We charge an administrative fee of EUR 20 if a package is returned to us without a valid reason.
COMPLAINTSJumperfabriken complies with the Consumer Purchase Act, which means a 36-month right of complaint, on presentation of a valid proof of purchase (receipt or bank statement). The right to complain only covers original errors, i.e. production errors. Please contact us as soon as possible after you have discovered the error. The right to complain does not apply in cases where we cannot find anything wrong with the product or when you have caused the damage yourself. Normal wear and tear is therefore not compensated.
